Pricing for real estate photography
I offer two tiers of pricing for real estate photography. Both will provide you with excellent images that will show off your property as brilliantly as possible.
Real Estate Photo Shoot - $150
This price includes up to 20 images of your property, edited and adjusted for the best exposure, color and detail. These images will be taken with a professional grade camera and lens.
Interior & Architectural Photo Shoot - $50/image
Images in this tier will receive extra care and processing that includes additional adjustments for exposure and editing to remove elements that detract from the photo such as marks on walls, wrinkles in bed linens, cracks in plaster, wires, etc...
Detail shots - $15/image
Single shots that showcase details of your property that you want to highlight.
For properties over 30 miles away, additional charges will apply.
